These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Respoof ("we", "us", "our"), the web application and related services available at respoof.com. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Respoof.
Respoof provides content hash modification, content management, and related tools delivered as a web-based software-as-a-service platform. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Free-tier accounts may be used indefinitely within the stated limits.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Respoof. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and modify that content solely to provide our services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Respoof is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved through use of our tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Respoof and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the application. Continued use of Respoof after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
